Smith reports that Thomas Hutchinson of Beverly (Yoeman) and George Hutchinson of Sheffield, both in the county of York in England, were among 4 principal creditors for the purchase of NJ from William Penn (Page 92, footnote). I have found no clear evidence for William's ancestry. William's parents are reported as Robert and Sarah in LDS records.
